A: Order processing and handling takes 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday). Once picked up by the domestic carrier, transit time within the United States generally ranges between 3–7 business days, resulting in a total estimated delivery window of 4–9 business days.

A: We maintain a transparent 30-day return policy. You have exactly 30 days from the date of package delivery to request a return authorization for an eligible item.

Q: Where do I send my returned merchandise?

A: All authorized returns must be shipped securely back to our returns department at our main warehouse address: Atteeo Returns, 2900 SW 42nd St, Suite 7, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312, United States. Please do not send items back without an active email return request, as they cannot be processed.

Q: How long do refunds take to process?

A: Once your return package is received and inspected at our Florida facility, we will issue an immediate confirmation email. Approved refunds are credited automatically back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
