1. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

We work diligently to get your orders to you as fast as possible. Please note the following timelines for your delivery estimates:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time)

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–9 business days from the date of purchase.

2. Shipping Locations & Costs

We specialize in serving the United States market. We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States.

There are no hidden fees, minimum order values, or surprise shipping charges at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the exact price you pay.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier at our Florida warehouse, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status in real-time. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

5. Delivery Issues & Exceptions

Shipping Delays > While we do everything we can to meet our estimated delivery windows, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to external factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, carrier logistical bottlenecks, or high-volume holiday seasons.

Lost or Damaged Packages > If your tracking status shows no updates for an extended period, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@atteeo.shop. We will launch an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost or irreparably damaged, we will issue a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages > Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to our Fort Lauderdale facility due to an incomplete address or multiple failed delivery attempts, our team will reach out to you directly to arrange redelivery.
