Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@atteeo.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will promptly arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

4. Return Shipping Address & Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges. If you would prefer a different variant, color, or item, simply mention this in your email to support@atteeo.shop and our team will assist you in setting up an exchange.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our Florida warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.

Timeline: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 2–3 business days to post the refund to your account.
